Alice Walton was just recently named “the world’s richest woman.” Her Father,  Sam Walton started with one five and dime store in rural Arkansas and grew it into  one of the most successful business stories of all time: Walmart. His only daughter  Alice has used her immense wealth for philanthropic endeavors her entire life but it  wasn't until she really leaned into her personal passion that her life changed so  dramatically. On November 11, 2011, Alice opened the Crystal Bridges Art  Museum in Bentonville, Arkansas bringing a world-class art museum to a corner of  the world that had never seen anything like it. Alice has continued her mission to  champion art for rural areas with her Art Bridges Foundation and Alice L. Walton.  Foundation. From a table at her favorite restaurant in Bentonville, Alice shares  her incredible journey as part of one of the world’s richest families and why art is  her North star and why she believes so passionately in the ability of art to heal and  inspire.

Barbara Corcoran

Known as the “Queen of New York City Real Estate,” Barbara Corcoran took the  New York city real estate world by storm in 1973 as co-founder of The Corcoran Group. She would later go on to sell the company for 66 million dollars in 2001.
